What a relief

Been using this product since February and has helped me to become regular again....I usually take it as 7 days on and 7 days off with no side effects when not using it for the week I'm off.

Directions: Take 1 capsule twice daily with 8 oz. of water before a meal, or as directed by your physician. For adults only. Not for long term use. Do not take more than 14 days as frequent or prolonged use may result in dependence. Do not exceed recommended dose. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking.
