Taking for years
I have been taking this product for over 10 years. It helps me get to sleep. I usually take it about 30-45 minutes before I got to bed. I sleep all night and wake up very rested with no side affects.

I love this product!
I love this product. I used to have trouble sleeping most nights and other natural sleep aids weren't helping. Dreamwell ULTRA works for me and I wake up with no hangover feeling in the morning.

Because of other health issues, restful sleep is particularly important for us.
My wife and I have been taking DreamWell ULTRA with Gaba to get a good night's sleep, and to keep the melatonin levels in the normal range. Because of other health issues, getting a full night of restful sleep is particularly important for us.
