Additional California Disclosures

If you are a California resident, the following privacy disclosures apply to you in addition to the rest of the Privacy Policy.

Categories of Information We Collect, Use and Disclose. California law indicates that organizations should disclose for California residents whether certain categories of information are collected, made available to third parties in exchange for valuable consideration (“sold”) or disclosed for an organization’s “business purpose” as those terms are defined under California law. You can find a list of the categories of information that we collect and how we share the information below. Please note that because this list is comprehensive it may refer to types of information that we share about people other than yourself. If you would like more information concerning the categories of personal information (if any) we share with third parties or affiliates for those parties to use for direct marketing please submit a written request to us using the information in the “Contact Information” section in our Privacy Policy. We do not discriminate against California consumers who exercise their privacy rights.

Financial Incentives Disclosures. We offer programs that provide perks. You have probably seen some of these reward programs, promotions, coupons, samples, sweepstakes, or exclusive offers (“Rewards Programs”). When you sign up for one of these Reward Programs we may ask you to provide certain information, such as your name and email address. We generally do not assign monetary or other value to personal information collected as part of our Rewards Programs. To the extent a value is assigned to a particular Rewards Program under California law, that value is based on a reasonable and good faith method of calculation as part of the particular Rewards Program and differs between individuals based upon your level of participation or redemption. You can visit the Program Terms and Conditions page or any program to view full program rules, including how to join and update your participation (i.e., deactivate or withdraw, as permitted by applicable law).

This chart describes the categories of personal information we collect, transfer to third parties in exchange for valuable consideration (i.e., “sold”), and disclose for a “business purpose” (as those terms are defined under California law). Please note that because this list is comprehensive it may refer to types of information that we collect and share about people other than yourself. For example, while we transfer credit card and debit card numbers for our business purpose in processing payments for orders placed on our websites, we do not collect or transfer credit card or debit card numbers of individuals that submit questions on our website’s “contact us” page.
