Spicing up lean foods like these turkey burgers can help you eat less and lose weight.
Serves 4.
1 lb. lean ground turkey
1 T. fresh or dried rosemary, crumbled
2 cloves fresh garlic, pressed or finely minced
½ tsp. salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
• Preheat grill or broiler to medium-high.
• Mix all ingredients together. Form into 4 patties.
• Grill or broil 3-4 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
For a flavor change, cut the rosemary and garlic and try one of these combinations:

• ½ c. each chopped dried cranberries and walnuts
• ½ c. chopped sun-dried tomatoes and 2 T. grated Parmesan cheese
• ½ c. chopped onion and 1 T. curry powder
