Vitamin D has gotten a lot of buzz in the news lately, however we've been tracking the multitude of health benefits associated with this amazing vitamin for almost 15 years. Vitamin D has long been known as an essential to building and maintaining strong bones and teeth. Recent research has shown that it is also instrumental in promoting a healthy immune system and overall wellness. In fact, low vitamin D levels have been associated with depression, chronic pain and even shortened lifespan.
Cholecalciferol, or vitamin D3, has been noted for its maximum absorbability in the body. That's why we chose to use cholecalciferol in our Vitamin D3 formula. Our High Potency Vitamin D3 is made even more absorbable by its liquid softgel delivery method. Beware of supplements made from the cheaper and less absorbable Vitamin D2.

I have been taking Stop Aging Now vitamins and supplements since the early 90’s. I am thrilled to report that after two years of the Stop Aging Now vitamin D3 and Stop Aging Now Calcium, my last bone scan showed a major improvement!

“I went on vitamin D3 and this past winter has been the best!”
I was suffering from declining health after the birth of my sixth child who happened to also have extensive allergies and skin rash. I was put on vitamin D2 for a short time and it was assumed my levels were fine. I kept telling everyone that I still had many bodily symptoms and no one had any solutions.
My husband and I got our vitamin D levels tested 10 months later and I was vitamin D deficient still and my husband was also. I went on vitamin D3 and this past winter has been the best! We did not have any flu! My levels are slowly going up and my husband's only took 5 months to get to high optimal levels. All our kids got tested last fall and they are now due for their 6 month blood work to check their levels. We are all striving to maintain our levels year round and will then check our vitamin D levels annually at a health fair blood draw.
The liquid is great for kids and the soft gels great for pill boxes or travel. Those of us with symptoms are improving and the youngest is doing much better once his vitamin D levels increased. In retrospect, I should have been on more vitamin D supplements while pregnant and breastfeeding. Get your vitamin D levels checked and keep them up year round! Most of us need to! We may not have symptoms but it does catch up with one sooner or later! Our bones and immune systems really suffer without!

“My doctors are amazed!”
I have been undergoing splint and osteopathic treatments for over a year and a half for shattered bilateral temporomandibular joints. I have been progressing in a yo-yo pattern, but overall, struggling. After reading about the benefits of Vitamin D for people with auto-affective disorder, I saw that a "side-effect" of taking higher doses of Vitamin D was that people with TMJ symptoms had their symptoms disappear. Well, in that I am growing new bones I thought I had nothing to lose.
Within six weeks of starting liquid Vitamin D daily, I am out of my splint and my doctors are amazed at my sudden upward turn. I can't say for sure, but I certainly suspect the Vitamin D turned the tide in my favor. After all, it's the only new thing I've been doing!
