Kelp Overview
Kelp is a large seaweed that are most known for its high iodine content. They are also good sources of vitamins and minerals. Kelp is used to treat a number of different health concerns. It is used to treat iodine deficiency, thyroid disorders, obesity, arthritis and digestive disorders, along with other health issues.
