Green Tea Overview
Green tea has powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. The most well known active ingredient in green tea is called EGCG. Research suggests that regular consumption of green tea can improve health in a myriad of ways. Green tea also seems to improve mental performance and help maintain alertness. Some studies also suggest it can help with weight loss.
