Blueberry Overview
Blueberries are nutrient-dense superfood berries that grow all throughout North America. Blueberries contain a high amount of antioxidant compounds. Wild species of blueberries are particularly loaded with the highest amounts of these antioxidants. They contain antioxidant pigments and other phytochemicals, such as anthocyanins, which may have a role in reducing the risks of some diseases.
