How You Age...and What You Can Do About It
You may find it hard to believe, but around the age of 20 we all begin sliding down the slippery slope of aging. The average lifespan in the U.S. is now about 78 years. That means we spend about 60 years of our lives growing older. We all accept aging as a reality, but what exactly drives the aging process and do we have any control of it?
