I have been taking the Stop Aging Now for a couple of years and , of course, get 600mg of calcuim in the vitamin, but Dr recommends 1800-2000mg. I take a Viactin chew in the morning, but calcium pills during the day seem to cause gas. Taking a couple of calcium pills before bed seems to work well.
